Statistical Analysis of Assessing Mathematical Preparedness of Future Teachers in Palestine
Abstract
There are several advantages to the so-called enlightenment in general and mathematical enlightenment in particular. To identify the aspects of mathematical enlightenments and to assess the degree of mathematical enlightenment, we designed a specially made test for them in Palestine. We then administered the test to a sample of 551 students. According to the results, there are six aspects of mathematical enlightenment, and the degree of enlightenment exceeds the predetermined score. We also saw that women had greater awareness than men in mathematics.
